Jorge and I came up with this concept to promote his two businesses, real estate and coaching, by having his wardrobe change when you flip the flyer over. This is my own photography from the photoshoot and I designed within Realty ONE Group’s brand guidelines. We passed out flyers at local races with the target audience of future home-buyers that may also be looking for private coaching.
